About Me

From building a creative business from scratch to uncovering patterns hidden in data, my journey has always been about connecting creativity, analytics, and purpose.

I began my career with a passion for education and performing arts. This passion led me to create IDALS (Incredible Digital Arts Learning Studio), an ed-tech platform designed to make dance and digital arts more accessible to learners across India.

Over four years, I scaled IDALS to reach 14,000+ learners and generate over ₹60 lakh in revenue, leading everything from product design and marketing to data-driven growth strategies.

Hosted end-to-end on AWS, I learned how to combine data, technology, and human experience to create real impact.

Before founding IDALS, I helped scale a creative business from the ground up, from zero to ₹4 crore+ in revenue in under three years. As Operations and Marketing Head, I managed teams, optimized processes, and built data-backed systems that turned ideas into sustainable success.

At IDALS, I played many roles - data analyst, educator, talent manager, and digital marketer.

I built Power BI dashboards to track learner performance, used SQL and Excel to analyze marketing campaigns, and improved engagement and conversion rates through actionable insights. These experiences taught me how numbers tell stories, and how the right story can change outcomes.

My curiosity for problem-solving and innovation naturally drew me to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
I’ve developed and deployed ML models for real-world scenarios, applying algorithms with a focus on ethical and explainable AI.

Through frameworks like SHAP explainability, fairness checks, and risk assessment, I ensure that data-driven decisions remain responsible, transparent, and aligned with human values.

Today, I work with tools like Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Streamlit, SQL, Power BI, and Excel - transforming raw data into meaningful insights and predictive solutions.

My goal is to use data not just to drive efficiency, but to help organizations make smarter, fairer, and more impactful decisions.

Most importantly, I believe great AI isn’t just about accuracy, it’s about trust, fairness, and purpose.
That belief drives everything I do.

I am now focused on advancing my career as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer, exploring Generative AI and Responsible AI to build intelligent products that shape a better future for businesses, for people, and for the planet.
