About Me

I am an education and EdTech professional with 11 years of experience across program management, operations and data-driven decision-making. My journey combines building learning programs on the ground with using data to improve outcomes at scale.

I am the Founder & Director of IDALS (Incredible Digital Arts Learning Studio), an EdTech startup that I built and ran for five years. I scaled the platform to 14,000+ learners and ₹60L+ in revenue by designing curriculum, managing end-to-end operations and continuously improving programs using learner and business data. The platform was hosted end-to-end on AWS and I was closely involved in product design, delivery and day-to-day decision-making.

Before IDALS, I helped scale an education business from early stage to ₹4 crore+ revenue within three years. I led operations, program delivery, partnerships and team management, and learned how to build structured systems that support sustainable growth.

Across my roles, I have used data as a practical tool for better decisions. I built dashboards using Power BI, analyzed data using SQL and Excel, tracked learner engagement and campaign performance, reduced customer acquisition cost and improved conversion and completion rates. My focus has always been on using insights to improve learning quality, efficiency and outcomes.

Alongside my leadership experience, I have been upskilling in data science, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI and AI Agents to strengthen my ability to solve complex problems in education and learning systems. I believe analytics and AI work best when they are applied thoughtfully, with clear business context and responsibility toward users.

I am now looking for Program Manager, Learning Operations, or Analytics-led roles within Education, EdTech or learning-focused organizations, where I can combine program ownership, data-driven thinking and long-term impact.
